We’re looking for a skilled and organised Chef de Partie to join our small, fast‑paced kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality food. You’ll take ownership of preparation, starters, and desserts, ensuring the kitchen is fully set for service each day and that every plate leaving your section meets our standards for flavour, presentation, and timing.


As Chef de Partie, you’ll manage your own mise en place, run both the starter and dessert stations during service, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen flow. You’ll be confident working independently, calm under pressure, and committed to keeping your section clean, organised, and well‑stocked. We’re looking for friendly, confident Casual Front of House team members to join us at The Boatyard. You’ll be welcoming guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, and helping to create the relaxed, coastal atmosphere we’re known for.

You don’t need years of experience — just a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident on the floor. Shifts are available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, making this a great fit for students, seasonal workers, or anyone looking for extra hours in a friendly, supportive team.

Sous Chef
