Deposit & Pre-Order

• Minimum Spend. The level of minimum spend varies based on day of the week and time of year. e.g. Saturday night during the TT Festival will attract a higher minimum spend than a Wednesday night in spring or winter. When we know the day and date of your event we will advise of the minimum spend. 
• For exclusive use bookings, we typically ask for a deposit equal to 50% of the minimum spend. This will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• A food pre-order to be provided no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your event. We will provide a pre-order sheet which can be completed and emailed back to us. 
• Any spend over the minimum amount will be added to the final bill. 
• 10% party gratuity will be added to the final bill. 

Cancellation Policy

• Exclusive use bookings. Deposits are non refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the date of the event. 
• Guests who have pre-ordered meals, yet do not attend on the day will have the cost of the meal charged to the bill. You may choose to have the food served to the table or not.
